How bat exclusion works
Full inspection
We identify every entry point, such as ridge vents, soffit gaps, gable ends and fascia boards. You get photos and a clear explanation.
Strategic sealing
Secondary entry points are sealed first with commercial-grade materials, leaving only the main exits for the exclusion devices.
One-way devices
Bats leave at dusk to feed but can't return. No trapping, no handling. They relocate on their own schedule.
Final seal & cleanout
Once the colony is out, the last openings are sealed for good. Guano removal and sanitizing available if needed.
Florida maternity season: April 15 to August 15
During maternity season, exclusion is restricted to protect flightless pups. We can inspect and plan your project during this window and schedule the work once it's legally allowed.
