It started in 2005 when our founder opened the first dedicated exclusion company in Connecticut — at a time when most of the industry said making a home completely rodent-proof was impossible. We proved them wrong, developing solutions for everything from garage door gaps to bulkhead doors that the rest of the industry still can't replicate.

Since expanding into Florida, we've adapted those methods to tackle Southwest Florida's unique challenges — roof rats in attics, cane toads in yards, bats in soffits, and the occasional scorpion. Same permanent approach, different animals.
